I found this listing through a google search, and this website seems to be legit and you can see many pictures of real fan plushies, but this specific listing of Frank West seems suspicious. Is there a picture of the actual plushie?

This is our commission series (no actual product yet, but provided with cartoon images only), and we will update the actual product photos as soon as possible.  

1. If you order it, we will select and confirm the fabric colors and design with you by email.

2. When you approved it, we will start the project.

3. When the product is done, we will send you the actual product photos for your approval, so please don't worry about this. 

Once you make an order, it will take 20-30 working days to customize your plush toy by professional plush tailor. Complicated plush toy need more than 30 days.If you need it in a specific date, please make sure you have enough time for preparing.  

Our plush tailor will start making the plush for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Payment:
We accept payments from Paypal,Worldpay and Stripe.

PayPal accepts pay by Paypal.
Stripe accepts payments by ApplePay and credit cards (including VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER, AMEX, JCB, and DINER Club).
WorldPay accepts Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and MasterMoney.

Custom & Tax:

PokemonKingdom has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes. When ordering from our site, you are considered the importer and must responsible for the import tax or any additional charges. You should contact your local customs office for further information because custom policies are different from country to country. If the package is subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the transaction fee of the total product purchase. Then the rest of the money will be refunded to you after we get the package back. 

Refund:

We will offer 100% refund only of products which are defected, or sent by mistake.
